Attack - (1) Take one step forward then strike Seiken-Oi-Tsuki-Jodan (2) Take another step forward then strike Seiken-Oi-Tsuki-Chudan (3) Take another step forward then strike Seiken-Oi-Tsuki-Gedan
Defence & Counter Attack - (1) Take one step back then block Seiken-Jodan-Uke (2) Take another step back then block Seiken-Chudan-Soto-Uke (3) Take another step back then block Seiken-Mae-Gedan-Barai, followed by (on the spot) Seiken-Gyaku-Tsuki-Chudan then block again with Seiken-Mae-Gedan-Barai
The above sequence should flow one movement into the next.
Renraku
(On the spot) Seiken-Gyaku-Tsuki (Chudan or Jodan) then drop elbow of striking arm to cover and then kick
Mae-Geri-Chudan-Chusoku while taking step forward, return and cover.
