In addition to this we practice non and semi contact fighting so there is something to suit everyone. Kyokushinkai is a traditional style of karate that also practices kata. Training for this Training Kyokushin in Derbystyle of karate can be very physically demanding and you are encouraged to train hard within your own boundries and sometimes push yourself beyond.
