Renraku (freestyle stance)
1. Gedan mawashi geri (chusoku or haisoku), seiken gyaku tsuki chudan, return and cover.
2. Chudan mae yoko geri, seiken gyaku tsuki chudan, return and cover.

Kumite
Jiyu kumite.

Exercises 
30 Seiken push ups
10 4 finger push ups (on knees) then change to 5 fingers, extend legs and hold position for 10 seconds
